摘要
以乙醇和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料制备了一种保坍型小单体,然后将其与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、巯基丙酸、过硫酸铵、Vc等合成了具有较好保坍性能的缓释型聚羧酸母液PCG-620。通过研究不同反应条件对PCG-620母液性能的影响,确定了PCG-620母液的最佳合成条件。与市售同类型产品相比,PCG-620在混凝土中表现出优异的保坍性能,可使混凝土坍落度在3 h内损失较小。
A slump-protecting small monomer was produced by ethanol and maleic anhydride.Slow-release polycarboxylic acid mother liquor PCG-620 with slum-protecting function,was produced by that monomer,Isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether,mercaptopropionic acid,ammonium persulfate,and vitamin C,etc.Through studying the effect of different reaction conditions on the properties of mother liquor PCG-620,we found the best condition to synthesize the mother liquor PCG-620.Compared to other products with the same function,PCG-620 has the best performance when applied to concrete,which can make the loss of concrete slump less in 3 hours.
