高大结构混凝土强度实时监测精度影响因素试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 开展了不同养护条件的C50混凝土强度监测试验,探讨了基准温度、养护条件、基准条件等因素对强度实时监测精度的影响。结果表明:基准温度对混凝土成熟度与强度关系以及不同历程强度预测值均产生显著的影响,基准温度不同,所拟合的成熟度与强度关系式和强度预测值不同。相同混凝土材料,最优基准温度不固定,改变养护和基准条件均可引起最优基准温度的变化;最优基准温度条件下的各试验预测强度标准误差在3.439~6.146 MPa。待监测混凝土结构养护条件与基准试验养护条件越接近,基准温度对强度预测值及预测误差影响幅度越小且强度预测精度越高。 Several tests of C50 concrete strength monitoring with different curing conditions were carried out.The factors such as datum temperature,curing condition and reference test on the accuracy of real-time monitoring of strength were discussed.The results show that the datum temperature has a significant effect on the relationship between the maturity and strength of concrete,and the predicted values of strength in different time history.If the datum temperature is different,the fitted formula of maturity and strength,and strength prediction values are different.For the same concrete material,the optimal datum temperature is not a fixed value,changing the curing condition and reference test can cause the change of the optimal datum temperature.The standard error of tests using the optimal datum temperature is between 3.439 to 6.146 MPa.The closer the curing condition of the concrete structure to be monitored is to the reference test,the smaller the influence level of the datum temperature on the strength prediction value and the prediction error,and the higher the strength prediction accuracy.
