聚甲醛纤维增强地聚物再生混凝土的力学性能研究 被引量:16

摘要 通过坍落度试验、立方体抗压试验及四点弯曲试验研究了聚甲醛(POM)纤维增强地聚物再生混凝土(PRGRC)的坍落度、抗压强度、抗折强度和弯曲韧性,并通过扫描电镜对微观结构进行了观测分析。结果表明:PRGRC的坍落度随POM纤维长度和体积掺量的增加而减小;POM纤维对PRGRC力学性能的增强效果显著,长度为6 mm的POM纤维增强效果更优,最佳体积掺量为0.5%,此时PRGRC的抗压、抗折强度较对照组分别提高了16.27%、51.19%,弯曲韧性指标为对照组的2.21~4.79倍。 The slump,compressive strength,flexural strength and flexural toughness of polyoxymethylene fiber reinforced geopolymer recycled concrete(PRGRC)were investigated by slump test,cubical compressive test and four-point bending test,and the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that,the slump of PRGRC decreases with the increase of the length and volume content of polyformaldehyde fiber.POM fiber has a significant enhancement effect on the mechanical properties of PRGRC.POM fiber with a length of 6 mm has a better enhancement effect,and the optimal volume content is 0.5%.Compared with the control group,the compressive strength and flexural strength of PRGRC are increased by 16.27%and 51.19%,respectively,and the bending toughness index is 2.21~4.79 times of the control group.
