摘要 以脱硫石膏为原料制备纸面石膏板,是高效消纳脱硫石膏的有效途径。开展矿物材料对脱硫石膏及其制品力学性能影响的研究。结果表明:在脱硫石膏熟料中添加矿物材料对石膏料浆的标准稠度需水量及初终凝时间影响不大;掺入0.5%的矿物材料,石膏试块养护24 h后的抗折强度比空白样提高了37.1%,但养护至绝干状态时,抗压、抗折强度均下降;掺加0.5%矿物材料的脱硫石膏制备的纸面石膏板剪切力提高10%,面密度变化不大,横、纵向断裂荷载,棱边硬度略有降低;矿物材料对石膏板的粘结性能无不良影响。 Using desulfurized gypsum as raw material to make paper faced gypsum board is an effective way to absorb desulfurized gypsum efficiently.In this paper,the effect of mineral materials on the mechanical properties of desulfurization gypsum and its products was studied.The results show that the addition of mineral materials to the gypsum stucco has little effect on the water requirement of standard consistency and the initial and final setting time of gypsum slurry.When 0.5%mineral materials are added,the flexural strength of gypsum block after curing for 24 h is 37.1%higher than that of blank sample,but the compressive and flexural strength decreases when curing to the absolute dry state.The results show that the shear stress of gypsum board with 0.5%mineral material increases by 10%,the area density changes little,the transverse and longitudinal fracture load and the edge hardness decrease slightly.In addition,the experimental results show that the addition of the mineral material has no adverse effect on the bonding properties of gypsum board.
