摘要
密封安装的通风管道在潮湿环境下易滋生大量霉菌,其抗霉菌性能极为重要。将无粘结剂的玻璃原棉制品、酚醛树脂玻璃棉制品、丙烯酸树脂玻璃棉制品和生物基树脂玻璃棉制品进行了抗霉菌性测试。结果显示,无甲醛的丙烯酸树脂玻璃棉板和普通的酚醛树脂玻璃棉板均符合GB/T 17795—2019《建筑绝热用玻璃棉制品》抗霉菌性的要求,而无甲醛的生物基树脂玻璃棉板抗霉菌性能不符合该标准要求。综合对比,丙烯酸树脂玻璃棉板的环保性、安全性、抗霉菌性能最优,具有应用推广价值。
A large number of molds are easy to grow in the airtight ventilation duct in humid environment,it is very important to study its antifungal properties.The antifungal properties of glass wool products without binder,phenolic resin glass wool products,acrylic resin glass wool products and bio based resin glass wool products were tested,The test results show that the acrylic resin glass wool board without formaldehyde and ordinary phenolic resin glass wool board meet the requirements of antifungal properties specified in national standard GB/T 17795—2019"Glass wool thermal insulating products for building",but the antifungal performance of glass wool board made of bio based resin without formaldehyde does not meet the requirements.After comprehensive comparison,the environmental protection,safety,and anti-fungal performance of acrylic resin glass wool board is the best,and it has application and promotion value.
