摘要
为了研究造纸白泥掺量对烧结页岩砖抗冻性能的影响,参照GB/T 2542—2012《砌墙砖试验方法》对其进行抗冻性试验研究,得到表观损伤、质量损失率、强度损失率与冻融循环次数的关系,进而检验不同掺量造纸白泥烧结页岩砖能否满足烧结普通砖的抗冻指标的要求。试验结果表明,减少造纸白泥掺量在一定程度上可以提高造纸白泥烧结页岩砖的抗冻性能,在夏热冬暖地区、夏热冬冷地区、寒冷地区造纸白泥掺量分别不宜大于30%、20%、10%,严寒地区不宜使用造纸白泥生产烧结页岩砖。
To study the effect of different paper-making white mud content on the frost resistance of sintered shale brick,experimental study of its frost resistance was carried out according to GB/T 2542—2012“Experimental method of wall brick”,and the relation of apparent damage,mass loss,strength loss and freezing and thawing cycles was obtained,and then testing if different paper-making white mud content of sintered shale brick can meet the frost resistance requirements of common sintered brick.The test results show that reducing paper-making white mud content to a certain extent can improve the performance of frost resistance of paper-making white mud sintered shale brick,in hot summer and warm winter area,hot summer and cold winter area,and cold area,paper-making white mud content should not be greater than 30%,20%,and 10%,respectively.In extremely cold area,it is not suitable to use paper-making white mud for producing sintered shale brick.
