蓄水性免烧砖的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以河道底泥、生石灰、硅藻土等为原材料制备免烧砖,确定原材料的最佳配比,并在掺入高分子吸水性树脂(SPA)后,研究蓄水性免烧砖的蓄水性能及其在雨水中的悬浮物(SS)和化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果。研究表明,免烧砖中水泥混合料的最佳掺量为淤泥基料质量的30%,此时蓄水性免烧砖的抗压强度可达15.7 MPa;蓄水性免烧砖的最佳脂胶比为1∶50,集灰比为3∶1,m(细骨料)∶m(粗骨料)为5∶1,此时保水性为0.49 g/cm2,吸水率为9.43%,100 h后样品的体积含水率为5.21%,表明免烧砖具有较好的透水性和蓄水性;免烧砖对雨水中的SS和COD的去除率与雨水初始浓度有一定关系,对SS去除率可达52.236%,对COD去除率可达46.27%,表明该免烧砖对模拟雨水中的SS、COD均具有良好的去除效果。 Using raw materials such as river sediment,quicklime,diatomaceous earth to prepare unburned bricks,determine the best ratio of various raw materials,and after incorporating SPA,study its water storage performance and its removal effect of SS and COD in rainwater.Studies have shown that the best ratio of cement mixture in unburned bricks is 30%of the total mass of channel sediment and diatomaceous earth.At this time,the compressive strength can reach 15.7 MPa.The best fat-to-rubber ratio is 1∶50,the dust collection ratio is 3∶1,and the sand ratio is 5∶1.At this time,the water retention is 0.49 g/cm2,the water absorption rate is 9.43%,and the volumetric water content of the sample after 100 h is 5.21%,indicating that the fired brick has good water permeability and water storage performance.The removal rate of SS and COD by unburned brick is related to the initial concentration of rainwater.The SS removal effect can reach 52.23%,and the COD removal effect can reach 46.27%,indicating that the unburned brick has a good removal effect on both SS and COD in simulated rainwater.
