摘要
构建了一类封闭星形胶质细胞动力学模型,旨在研究星形胶质细胞内IP_(3)生产量和降解率对细胞自发性钙振荡影响的动力学调控机制,分析自发性钙振荡模式形成和消失及其转迁动力学行为,揭示自发性钙振荡和平衡态模式之间转迁机制与系统分岔行为的内在机制,为进一步探索星形胶质细胞呈现的自发性钙振荡模式问题提供动力学控制策略。
This paper build a kind of closed-astrocyte model.It investigates the effect of astrocyte IP_(3) production and degradation rate on the dynamical regulation mechanisms of its spontaneous calcium oscillation,analyzes generation,termination and transition dynamics of the spontaneous calcium oscillation mode,reveal the internal mechanism of the transition mechanism and the bifurcation behavior of the system between the spontaneous calcium oscillation and its equilibrium state.These results will do benefit to further explore the dynamical control strategy for the spontaneous calcium oscillation pattern within astrocytes.
