芳化止泻汤治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床研究

Clinical Study of Fanghua Zhixie Decoction in the Treatment of Rotavirus Diarrhea in Children

目的观察芳化止泻汤治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床疗效。方法选择6~36月龄轮状病毒腹泻患儿60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组给予常规治疗+芳化止泻汤治疗,对照组给予常规治疗+双歧三联活菌片+蒙脱石散,疗程均为5 d,比较两组患儿临床总有效率,治疗前后症状体征总积分、大便轮状病毒检测转阴数量,评价两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状体征总积分、大便轮状病毒检测转阴数量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芳化止泻汤能有效治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻,减轻患儿的临床症状,促进病情恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fanghua Zhixie Decoction in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of 60 children aged 6~36 months with rotavirus diarrhea were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,treatment group was given routine therapy+Fanghua Zhixie Decoction;the control group was given conventional treatment+Bifidum Triple Live Tablets+Montmorillonite powder.Both groups were treated for a course of 5 d.The total score of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment and the number of rotavirus in stool detection turned negative were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of symptoms and signs and the number of rotavirus turned negative in stool after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fanghua Zhixie Decoction can effectively treat rotavirus diarrhea in children,relieve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of the disease.
