目前我国现行法律并无关于刑罚个别化原则的明确规定,然而并不影响价值维度导向下对于刑罚执行个别化的探讨。刑罚个别化原则在满足刑罚的惩戒要求、促进罪犯的矫正,以及行刑科学化方面都具有极其重要意义。

At present,China's current law does not have a clear stipulation on the principle of punishment individualization,but does not affect the value dimension oriented discussion on the execution of punishment individualization.The principle of individualization of punishment is of great significance in satisfying the requirements of punishment,promoting the correction of criminals,and making the execution of punishment scientific.
