新时期高校教职工党支部建设路径探析

Approach Probe for the Party Branch Construction of College Staff in the New Era

聚焦中国特色社会主义进入新时代,推进全面从严治党向基层组织延伸,巩固党的执政基础,贯彻党的教育方针,在学习贯彻相关党内法规的基础上,针对高校基层党支部建设的现状,提出高校教职工党支部建设应以贯彻《党章》为基本遵循,以执行《中国共产党支部工作条例(试行)》为基础,以立德树人为根本任务,以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,紧密结合本支部的工作业务,加强党支部标准化、规范化建设,担负起党赋予高校党组织的使命,培养实现中华民族伟大复兴的合格建设者和接班人,推动高等教育的高质量发展。

With the focus on socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,we should extend full and strict Party self-governance to community-level organizations,consolidate the basis for the Party’s governance,and implement the Party’s policy on education.On the basis of studying and implementing the relevant inner-party laws and regulations,and in view of the current situation of the construction of the grass-roots party branches in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward that the construction of the party branches in Colleges and universities should be based on the implementation of the“party constitution”,the implementation of the“Regulations on the work of the Communist Party branch of China(for Trial Implementation)”,the establishment of morality as the fundamental task,the improvement of organizational strength as the key,and the highlighting of political functions,Closely combined with the work and business of the Party branch,we should strengthen the standardization and standardization construction of the Party branch,shoulder the mission entrusted by the party to the party organizations in Colleges and universities,cultivate qualified builders and successors to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
