随着大数据时代的来临,各院校利用大数据技术,来为院校进行创新智慧型校园、提升学习服务以及实施多元化教学等提供新思路和新方法。学习支持服务是远程教学中的重要环节,能够为学习者提供个性化、多样性、全面性的服务。从实际出发,总结远程教学支持服务工作中存在的问题,找出相应的解决策略,提出构建“一站式”的学习支持服务体系平台,并依仗大数据在“一站式”学习支持服务中的应用,使远程教育的教学资源更加全面、教学质量更加优异。

With the advent of the era of big data,colleges and universities use big data technology to provide new ideas and methods for colleges and universities to innovate smart campus,improve learning services and implement diversified teaching.Learning support service is an important part of distance education,which can provide personalized,diverse and comprehensive services for learners.Starting from the reality,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the work of distance education support service,finds out the corresponding solutions,proposes to build a“one-stop”learning support service system platform,and relies on the application of big data in the“one-stop”learning support service,so as to make the teaching resources of distance education more comprehensive and the teaching quality more excellent.
