摘要
对引进的9个马铃薯新品种进行田间综合鉴定和品质测定,对各品种块茎的营养品质含量进行分析。结果表明,参试马铃薯品种综合品质和接受程度从优到劣依次是华薯3号>紫玉>华薯5号>中薯13号>中薯3号>红美>中薯191>东农310>中薯红1号,筛选出2个较好的品种是东农310和华薯3号。
The comprehensive identification and quality determination of 9 introduced potato varieties were carried out in the field,and the nutritional quality content of tubers of each variety was detected and analyzed.The results showed that the order of comprehen⁃sive quality and acceptance degree of tested potato varieties from good to bad was Huashu No.3>Ziyu>Huashu No.5>Zhongshu No.13>Zhongshu No.3>Hongmei>Zhongshu 191>Dongnong 310>Zhongshuhong No.1,two better varieties were Dongnong 310 and Huashu No.3.
