摘要
考察了3种牌号液体聚丁二烯(LPBD)取代芳烃油及不同硫磺用量对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胎面胶填料分散、物理机械性能及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加3种牌号LPBD后,混炼胶的Payne效应减弱,均改善了补强填料的分散效果;硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性能均有提高;在相同硫磺用量下,LPBD-AL与芳烃油混合填充的并用胎面胶的抗湿滑性能基本不变,而LPBD-PM4、LPBD-N4-5000与芳烃油混合填充的并用胎面胶的抗湿滑性能稍有下降;在LPBD-AL与芳烃油混合填充的情况下,增加硫磺用量,tanδ(0℃)增大,胎面抗湿滑性能明显提升,tanδ(60℃)小幅降低,滚动阻力略有降低,胎面胶综合性能提升。
The effects of three brands of liquid polybutadiene(LPBD)substituted aromatics oil and different sulfur content on the filler dispersion,physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)and cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR)were investigated.The results showed that the three LPBD brands all improved the dispersion effect of the reinforcing filler.The Payne effect of the compound was weakened.The tensile strength and tearing strength of vulcanized rubber increased and the abrasion loss decreased.At the same sulfur content,compared with the mixed binder filled with aromatic oil,the wet skid resistance of the mixed binder filled with LPBD-AL and aromatic oil remained basically unchanged,while the wet skid resistance of the mixed binder filled with LPBD-PM4 and N4-5000 and aromatic oil decreased slightly.In the case of mixing LPBD-AL and aromatic oil to fill,increasing the amount of sulfur,tanδat 0℃increased,and the wet skid resistance of the tread was obviously improved;tanδat 60℃decreased slightly,and the rolling resistance slightly reduced.The comprehensive performance of tire tread was improved.
