二(磷酸二异辛酯基)氧钒的合成及应用

摘要 采用五氧化二钒和磷酸二异辛酯为主要原料,通过中间产物二氯氧钒,合成了二(磷酸二异辛酯基)氧钒催化剂,采用添加活化剂的方法,大大缩短了合成二(磷酸二异辛酯基)氧钒的时间,并使二(磷酸二异辛酯基)氧钒的产物收率达到了97%左右,该钒化合物在空气中稳定。以二(磷酸二异辛酯基)氧钒为主催化剂,以乙基倍半氯化铝为助催化剂,乙烯、丙烯为聚合单体,乙叉降冰片烯为第三单体,己烷为聚合溶剂,采用溶液聚合合成了乙烯丙烯三元共聚物,聚合过程中催化剂活性为1.60×10^(5) g/mol V,催化剂活性高,得到的聚合物重均相对分子质量可达到50万,达到工业化产品指标水平。 Vanadium pentoxide and diisooctyl phosphate as the main raw materials,through the intermediate product of vanadium dichloride,the air stable catalyst bis(diisooctyl phosphate)vanadium oxide was synthesized,and by adding the activator,the time of synthesizing was greatly shortened,and the yield of the product was about 97%.Using di(diisooctyl phosphate)vanadium oxide as main catalyst,ethyl aluminum sesquichloride(AQ)as cocatalyst,ethylene and propylene as polymerization monomers,ethylene norbornene(ENB)as the third monomer,hexane as polymerization solvent,Ethylene-propylene-ENB terpolymer was synthesized.During the polymerization process,the catalyst activity is 1.60×10^(5) g/mol V,the weight-average relative molecular weight of the obtained polymer can be 500000,reaching the level of industrnalized products.
