摘要
新乡铁路枢纽位于中原城市群半小时交通圈内。随着中原经济区的快速发展,既有新乡铁路枢纽已逐渐不能满足经济发展需求,需对其进行重新规划。通过分析既有新乡铁路枢纽现状,发现存在新乡站南运转场通过能力不足,枢纽内货运布局不合理,新焦、新兖正线不贯通等问题。结合新乡市城市发展规划,对枢纽内解编系统、客运系统、货运系统及线路疏解分别进行研究,提出规划年度内新乡枢纽客运系统“两主”格局以及货运系统“一个中心,三个支点”三角星形架构。另外,通过新建两条联络线缓解南运转场接发列车压力,实现新焦、新兖直线贯通,满足规划年度内客货运输的要求,为区域经济发展提供基础设施的支撑。
Xinxiang railway hub is located in Xinxiang,northern Henan province,within a half-hour traffic circle of the central plains city group.With the rapid development of the central plains economic zone,the existing Xinxiang railway hub has gradually failed to meet the needs of economic development,and it is necessary to update the existing Xinxiang railway hub.During the research of the existing Xinxiang railway hub,problems including insufficient capacity of the Xinxiang station south operation field,unreasonable freight distribution,and inconsistency with Xinjiao and Xinyan main lines were found.Combined with the urban development plan of the city,the passenger and freight volume were forecasted separately,and the passenger and freight volume of the adjacent corridors in the hub were distributed.In view of the problems and the distribution of traffic in each channel,the disassembly system,passenger transportation system,freight system and line unblocking in the hub were studied separately,and the“two main”pattern of the passenger transportation system and“one center,three pivots”triangle star architecture of the freight system were proposed.The pressure of receiving and dispatching trains in the South Operation Field was relieved through the construction of two new connecting lines,and the connecting line for Xinjiao and Xinyan was realized.The plan meets requirements of passenger and freight transportation and provides infrastructure support for regional economic development.
