知识密集型服务业员工创新能力影响机制 被引量:3

摘要 本文基于服务导向逻辑理论和知识基础观理论构建跨层次被调节的中介模型,通过864套调查问卷及实证分析表明:员工-顾客价值共创交互行为越高,员工服务创新能力越强;互动式替代学习对价值共创与服务创新能力有中介作用;组织创新氛围对价值共创行为和互动式替代学习有调节作用。
