摘要
随着物流行业的发展,更加智能化、绿色化、自动化、集成化的物流存储日益成为研究与发展的方向。新型智能四向穿梭车作为高密度立体仓储的核心搬运机器,能够同时应用扫码定位、自动搬运以及无线通信等,将立体仓储的发展提升到一个新的阶段。因此,主要针对急需的重载稳定的四向穿梭车的结构设计进行分析,设计出单车体四向车的总体方案,并提出一种盘形凸轮与高压缩量压簧配合顶升结构,为后续四向车的设计提供新的方案选择。
With the development of logistics industry,more intelligent,greening,automation,integration of logistics storage becomes the direction of the research and development,new intelligent four to the shuttle bus at the core of high density stereoscopic warehouse handling machine,able to sweep application code positioning,automatic handling,wireless communications,stereoscopic warehouse would ascend to a new stage of development.This paper mainly analyzes the structure design of the four-way shuttle vehicle with heavy load and stability,designs the overall scheme of the four-way shuttle vehicle with single car body,and puts forward a jacking structure with disc CAM and high pressure shrinkage pressure spring to provide a new scheme choice for the subsequent four-way vehicle design.
