基于Java的圈带动平衡机机构动力学的研究

摘要 应用Java SWT/JFace GUI搭建界面,应用Java编制程序对圈带动平衡机机构动力学进行研究,介绍圈带计算参数的理论计算,发现了缠绕型变现象和缠绕参变现象,可为柔性构件动力学分析提供部分依据。此外,给出了圈带初始长度、工件直径与随轮5Y轴坐标、张紧机构的滑道范围、各部件包角、轴心力和摩擦力等参数的计算方法。应用外推法和黄金分割法,降低了软件的计算量,为智能控制、结构计算和寿命评估提供了数据支撑。 In this paper,Java SWT/Jface GUI is used to build the interface,and Java programming is used to study the dynamics of the ring driven balancing machine.This paper introduces the theoretical calculation of the calculation parameters of the winding,and finds out the phenomenon of winding type variation and winding parameter variation,which provides some basis for the dynamic analysis of flexible components.The calculation methods of the following parameters are given:the initial length of the belt,the diameter of the workpiece and the 5Y axis coordinate of the follower,the slide range of the tensioning mechanism,the wrapping angle of each part,the axial force and the friction force.The application of extrapolation and golden section method reduces the amount of software calculation.It provides data support for intelligent control,structural calculation and life assessment.
