摘要
按照动车组列车的转向架检修拆装工艺要求,转向架构架与轮对分离后,轴箱弹簧上的一个大螺栓需要被工人手动拆卸,设计了一种轴箱弹簧螺栓拆装台,包括台体、压盖、升降拉杆、滑移托盘、缸体连接座、液压缸、滑轨以及滑轮等。液压缸动作通过对升降拉杆施加力,升降拉杆向下的作用力。对轴箱弹簧进行压缩后,液压缸受到反作用力后带动缸体连接座上升,将轴箱弹簧内这个大螺栓顺利顶升,减少了工人手动拆卸的麻烦。
According to the technical requirements of bogie maintenance and disassembly of EMU,after the bogie frame and wheelset are separated,a large bolt on the axle box spring needs to be manually disassembled by workers.A kind of axle box spring bolt disassembly platform is designed,including platform body,gland,lifting rod,sliding tray,cylinder connecting seat,hydraulic cylinder,slide rail,pulley,etc.The action of the hydraulic cylinder is to apply force to the lifting pull rod.The downward force of the lifting pull rod compresses the axle box spring.After the hydraulic cylinder receives the reaction force,it drives the connecting seat of the cylinder block to rise.The big bolt in the axle box spring is lifted smoothly,which reduces the trouble of manual disassembly.
