摘要
为解决Z形冲压件的批量攻丝要求,设计开发了一种自动攻丝专机。该专机机构采用自动化设备的常用电动和气动系列化部件,可实现整理、定向、上料、检测、装夹、攻丝以及排料的全自动化,在保证攻丝定位精度的基础上,大大提高了工作效率。通过分析制件工艺要求和加工速度要求,设计了合理的结构方案与动作流程,在完成振动盘、电机、气缸、PLC、传感器等元器件选型后,最终确定了自动化攻丝机的结构设计。
In order to solve the batch tapping requirements of Z-shaped stamping parts,an automatic tapping machine was designed and developed.The special machine mechanism adopts the common electric and pneumatic serialized parts of automation equipment,which can realize the full automation of sorting,orientation,feeding,detection,clamping,tapping and discharging.On the basis of ensuring the accuracy of tapping positioning,greatly increase work productivity.By analyzing the process requirements and processing speed requirements of the parts,a reasonable structure scheme and action flow are designed.After the selection of components such as vibrating plate,motor,cylinder,PLC,sensor,etc.,the structure design of the automatic tapping machine is finally determined.
