电动三轮车差速器左盖右盖多轴粗精镗孔专机及其主要部件设计

摘要 电动三轮车差速器左右盖上的电机输入轴轴承孔、中间变速轴轴承孔、输出轴轴承孔以及合箱定位销孔共5个孔称为工艺关键孔。基于此,介绍十轴同时粗精加工左盖右盖关键孔的专用机床、夹具和刚性十轴动力头和机械设计。 The five holes of the motor input shaft bearing hole,the intermediate transmission shaft bearing hole,the output shaft bearing hole and the box positioning pin hole on the left and right covers of the electric tricycle differential are called process key holes.Based on this,the special machine tool,fixture,rigid ten-axis power head and mechanical design for ten-axis simultaneous rough and finishing of the key holes of the left cover and the right cover are introduced.
