基于FLUENT掘进机插装式平衡阀多物理场耦合仿真分析

摘要 针对掘进机用螺纹插装式平衡阀易产生节流发热问题,对螺纹插装式平衡阀的内部流场特性进行液固热耦合仿真分析。根据实际使用的插装式平衡阀建立整体三维模型,包括阀芯和阀体,对流体速度场和温度场进行仿真分析,以获得固液温度变化规律。根据热应力场和机械应力场的共同作用机制得到综合变形规律,从而为插装式平衡阀设计提供参考依据。 Aiming at the problem of throttling and heating of the threaded cartridge counterbalance valve used in roadheaders,the internal flow field characteristics of the threaded cartridge counterbalance valve were simulated and analyzed by liquid-solidheat coupling.According to the actual use of the cartridge balance valve,the overall three-dimensional model is established,including the valve core and the valve body,and the fluid velocity field and temperature field are simulated and analyzed to obtain the law of solid-liquid temperature change.According to the joint action mechanism of the thermal stress field and the mechanical stress field,the comprehensive deformation law is obtained,so as to provide a reference basis for the design of the cartridge balance valve.
