根据喷吹罐喷吹和装填煤粉的需要,在喷吹罐上部设置了等待及喷吹结束时用到的罐体压泄压用排气阀。在等待过程中,喷吹罐流化气不停流化,因此需要少量加压氮气不断加压,对喷吹罐进行稳压控制。喷吹罐等待喷吹的过程中,满足工艺条件下排气阀门动作次数较多,在阀门开闭动作寿命8万次条件约束下,实际阀门使用寿命约6个月。罐压稳定系统控制通过管道设备改造要严格控制压力平衡板节流孔直径,以控制排气流量,依靠压力控制板进行压力控制。改造后罐压稳定,在一个周期内,等待期间罐压稳定,小排气阀一天动作24次,再喷吹结束动作一次进行泄压。

According to the needs of the injection tank for blowing and filling coal powder,an exhaust valve for tank body pressure relief used when waiting and when the injection is completed is set on the upper part of the injection tank.During the waiting process,the fluidization gas of the spray tank is continuously fluidized,so a small amount of pressurized nitrogen is needed to continuously pressurize the spray tank to stabilize the pressure.While the spray tank is waiting to be sprayed,the exhaust valve has a large number of actions when the process conditions are met.Under the restriction of the valve opening and closing action life of 80000 times,the actual valve life is about 6 months.Tank pressure stabilization system control The diameter of the orifice of the pressure balance plate must be strictly controlled through the transformation of pipeline equipment to control the exhaust flow,and the pressure control plate is used for pressure control.After the transformation,the tank pressure is stable.In one cycle,the tank pressure is stable during the waiting period.The small exhaust valve operates 24 times a day,and the pressure is released once at the end of the injection.
