摘要
以“机械设计”课程为研究对象,以UG软件为研究工具,以水箱底座为例,结合UG有限元分析法开展受力分析,得到了应力和应变云图结果。分析结果形象生动,有利于学生充分理解零部件在一定的载荷作用下产生的应力和应变,可判断所设计的零部件是否满足要求、设计是否具有可靠性以及是否达到了优化设计的目的,同时使学生掌握了一种先进的优化设计方法。
Taking the“Mechanical Design”course as the research object,using UG software as the research tool,taking the water tank base as an example,combined with the UG finite element analysis method,the force analysis was carried out,and the stress and strain cloud diagram results were obtained.The analysis results are vivid,which is helpful for students to fully understand the stress and strain of parts under certain load,and judge whether the designed parts meet the requirements,whether the design is reliable,and whether the goal of optimized design is achieved.Students have mastered an advanced optimization design method.
