普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Pulmicol Aerosol Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Children with Asthma

目的分析小儿哮喘治疗中使用普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特的疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法随机选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的小儿哮喘患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前后肺功能、日间和夜间哮喘症状及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者FEV1、PEF、日间和夜间哮喘症状评分、IgE和CysLts水平、临床症状及体征均低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿治疗有效率为64.0%,观察组患儿治疗有效率为80.0%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘患儿治疗中采用普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,促进患儿肺功能的恢复,在临床治疗中具有一定的价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Pulmicort aerosol combined with Montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma and its effect on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were given Pulmicort aerosol combined with Montelukast.Lung function,daytime and nighttime asthma symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,FEV1,PEF,daytime and nighttime asthma symptom scores,IgE and CYSLTs levels,clinical symptoms and signs in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 64.0%in the control group and 80.0%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmicol aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively improve the clinical effect and promote the recovery of lung function,which has a certain value in clinical treatment.
