The microstructure,thermal stability and magnetic properties of Fe_(84)Si_(x)B_(10.5-x)P_(5)Cu_(0.5)alloy

摘要 采用单辊熔体快淬法制备Fe_(84)Si_(x)B_(10.5-x)P_(5)Cu_(0.5)(x=0,0.5,1.5,3.5,4.5,5.5)合金带材,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、软磁直流测量仪、振动样品磁强计(PPMS-VSM)以及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对合金微观结构、软磁性能以及热稳定性进行了表征。研究了Si取代B对合金微观结构、软磁性能以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,Fe_(84)Si_(x)B_(10.5-x)P_(5)Cu_(0.5)(x=0~4.5)淬态合金具有ɑ-Fe相(200)衍射峰。当Si取代量为x=5.5时,合金ɑ-Fe相(200)衍射峰消失,具有非晶的淬态结构。x=5.5成分合金过冷液相区为133℃。x=5.5合金的饱和磁化强度μ_(0)M_(s)为1.85 T,矫顽力为12.93 A/m。 Fe_(84)Si_(x)B_(10.5-x)P_(5)Cu_(0.5)(x=0,0.5,1.5,3.5,4.5,5.5)alloy ribbons were prepared by single roller melt-spinning method.By using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),soft magnetic DC measuring instrument,vibrating sample magnetometer(PPMS-VSM)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)the alloy microstructure,soft magnetic properties and thermal stability of the alloys were characterized,and the effect of Si substitution for B on their microstructure,soft magnetic properties and thermal stability has also been investigated.The results show that Fe_(84)Si_(x)B_(10.5-x)P_(5)Cu_(0.5)(x=0-4.5)as-quenched alloys have aɑ-Fe phase(200)peak.When the Si content is x=5.5,ɑ-Fe phase(200)peak of the alloy disappeares and it exhibits an amorphous as-quenched structure.For x=5.5,the supercooled liquid phase region of the alloy is 133℃.For x=5.5,the alloy has the saturation magnetization of 1.85 T and coercivity of 12.93 A/m.
