摘要 采用传统氧化物陶瓷法制备Sr_(0.44)Ca_(0.08)La_(0.48)Fe_(11.3)Co_(0.3)O_(19–δ)铁氧体永磁材料,系统探究了CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2)组合添加对材料微结构及磁特性的影响。结果表明,适宜CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2)组合掺杂可促进烧结致密化,同时抑制晶粒长大,提高材料的剩磁B_(r)和矫顽力H_(c)。在CaCO_(3)掺杂量为0.5~0.9 wt%、SiO_(2)掺杂量为0.25~0.40 wt%范围内,当CaCO_(3)和SiO_(2)掺杂量分别为0.6 wt%和0.3 wt%时,烧结样品晶粒分布均匀且致密,具有较优磁特性,剩磁、矫顽力、磁能积达到最大,分别为:B_(r)=4120 G,H_(cj)=4031 Oe,H_(cb)=3677 Oe,(BH)_(max)=4.19 MGOe。 The Sr_(0.44)Ca_(0.08)La_(0.48)Fe_(11.3)Co_(0.3)O_(19–δ)permanent ferrites were prepared by conventional oxide ceramic methods.The effects of CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2)additives on the microstructure and magnetic properties of LaCaCoSrM ferrite were researched systematically.The results indicate that the combined doping of CaCO_(3)-SiO_(2)additives could promote the sintering densification and block the grain growth,which leads to the improvement of both the remanence B_(r) and coercive force H_(c).When the respective doping amount of CaCO_(3) and SiO_(2) additives are within range of 0.5-0.9 wt%,and 0.25-0.40 wt%,M-type strontium permanent ferrites have homogeneous and compact particles,and optimal magnetic properties at the combined 0.6 wt%CaCO_(3) and 0.3 wt%SiO_(2) addtives.Meanwhile,the remanence B_(r),coercivity H_(cj) and H_(cb),maximum energy product(BH)_(max) are 4120 G,4031 Oe,3677 Oe and 4.19 MGOe,respectively.
