摘要
本试验首先通过对大量屠宰生猪肝脏眼观病变的观察,然后进行分类统计,再对不同病变肝脏进行HE组织切片染色观察,最后与眼观病变进行对照分析。从而了解该地区屠宰生猪肝脏大致病变数量与类型,为该地区疫病的分析起辅助作用,也为屠宰场的脏器检疫工作提供技术支持。
we analyzed the morbidity of liveron massive clinical observation.After that,HE staining was performed on paraffin livers,and then the lesion in histology and organs was compared.The result of present study will provide the technical support for disease analysis and quarantine.
