摘要
在催化裂化催化剂的生产过程中,提高催化剂喷雾胶体的固含量,可以减少水耗和能耗,改善产品球形度,减少细粉的生成。本文研究了提高催化裂化催化剂喷雾胶体固含量的若干方法,结果表明,与现有催化剂成胶工艺相比,新成胶工艺的喷雾胶体固含量从32%提高到42%,催化剂产品粒度分布和催化性能显著改善。
In the production process of the catalytic cracking catalyst,increasing the solid content of the catalyst spray colloid can reduce water consumption and energy consumption,improve the sphericity of the product,and reduce the generation of fine powder.Several methods to increase the solid content of the spray colloid of the catalytic cracking catalyst were studied.The results showed that compared with the existing catalyst gelling process,the spray colloid solid content of the new gelling process increased from 32%to 42%,and the particle size distribution and catalytic performance of the catalyst products were significantly improved.
