顶空气相色谱法测定鲸蜡醇聚醚-4中环氧乙烷和二氧六环含量

Determination of Ethylene Oxide and Dioxane in 4-polyoxyethylene Cetyl Ether by Headspace Gas Chromatography

建立顶空气相色谱法测定鲸蜡醇聚醚-4中环氧乙烷和二氧六环残留溶剂的含量。该检测方法对环氧乙烷和二氧六环的分离效果良好,在各自浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,检出限分别为0.00002%和0.0002%,加标平均回收率为93.3%~119.8%,RSD为0.3%~2.4%。经方法学验证,方法简便、高效、灵敏,可用于鲸蜡醇聚醚-4中环氧乙烷和二氧六环残留溶剂含量的测定,填补了其溶剂残留量标准方法的空白,为其质量标准的建立提供可行有效的检测依据和方法。

A method for determination of residual solvent in 4-polyoxyethylene cetyl ether by headspace gas chromatography was established.The method had good separation effect on Ethylene oxide and dioxane.The linear correlation coefficient was good in each concentration range.The detection limits of ethylene oxide and dioxane were 0.00002%and 0.0002%.The average recovery ranged from 93.3%to 119.8%with RSD was at the range of 0.3%~2.4%.Validated by methodology,this method was simple,efficient and sensitive.It can be used for the determination of ethylene oxide and dioxane residual solvents in 4-polyoxyethylene cetyl ether.The blank of the standard method of residual solvent was also filled,and a feasible and effective detection basis and method for the establishment of its quality standard was provided.
