摘要
处于地下水环境中的埋地热油管道周围难以形成稳定的温度场,热损失较大,应优先考虑采用保温措施。选择保温层厚度时应综合考虑经济性及安全性。本文根据地下水环境下埋地热油管道的传热规律,对管道总传热系数K值计算公式进行了简化。在给定油品种类和管道直径的条件下,计算得到了不同保温层厚度时的出站温度;对比了不同管径时保温层厚度变化对费用净现值的影响,给出了保温层厚度的推荐值。
It is difficult to form a stable temperature field around the buried thermal oil pipeline under groundwater environment,and the heat loss is relatively large,so thermal insulation measures should be given priority.Economy and safety should be considered comprehensively when choosing the thickness of insulation materials.According to the heat transfer law of buried thermal oil pipelines under groundwater environment,the calculation formula of the total heat transfer coefficient K value of the pipeline was simplified.Under the conditions of given oil types and pipe diameters,the outbound temperature at different thicknesses of the insulation layer was calculated,the influence of the change of the insulation layer thickness on the net present value of the cost for different pipe diameters was compared,and the thickness of the insulation layer was given recommended value.
