低压全氧燃烧玻璃窑炉的设计及其玻璃制品生产工艺研究

摘要 全氧燃烧(Oxy-Fuel Combustion)技术是“氧+燃料”的燃烧方式,具有节能环保的功效,在玻璃制品生产行业得到广泛应用。但常见的全氧燃烧玻璃窑炉为获得满足压力的氧气需加装氧气压缩机,从而会带来运行成本、安全风险等问题。本研究提出了一种双喷嘴玻璃窑炉,可有效解决氧气压力需要压缩的问题、降低生产成本。第一喷嘴前天然气压力为150~450 kPa,天然气流速为180~320 m/s;第二喷嘴前压力为1~5 kPa,属于超低压,明显降低了第二喷嘴对氧气压力的需求,出口处氧气流速为40~160 m/s。为了生产一体化,将玻璃窑炉、成型组件、抛光组件以及输送带,顺序连接形成一套完整的玻璃制品生产装置,有效提高玻璃制品的成品率。 The oxy-fuel combustion,also known as pure oxygen combustion,is a combustion method of oxygen and fuel,which has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection,and is widely used in the glass product manufacturing industry.However,the common oxygen-combustion glass furnace needs to be equipped with an oxygen compressor to obtain oxygen that meets the pressure,which will cause problems such as increased operating costs and safety risks.A dual-nozzle glass furnace that can effectively solve the problem of oxygen pressure that needed to be compressed and reduce production costs was proprosed.The pressure of natural gas in front of the first nozzle was 1.5~4.5 bar,and the flow rate of natural gas at the outlet of the first nozzle was 180~320 m/s.The pressure in front of the second nozzle was 1~5 kPa,which belonged to ultra-low pressure.Obviously,oxygen pressure requirement of the second nozzle was reduced,and the oxygen flow rate at the outlet of the second nozzle was 40~160 m/s.In order to integrate production,the glass furnace,forming components,polishing components and conveyor belts were connected in sequence to form a complete set of glass products production equipment.The flame produced by the mixed combustion of hot oxygen and natural gas was used for polishing,which effectively improved the yield of glass products.
