基于NSGA-Ⅲ的水资源多目标优化配置研究--以安徽省泗县为例 被引量:9

摘要 优化配置、高效利用区域内有限水资源仍是当今研究热点。以安徽省泗县为典型研究区,以经济效益最大、社会缺水量最小和污染物排放量最小为目标函数,建立了泗县水资源多目标优化配置模型;采用NSGA-Ⅲ算法求解,生成了Pareto最优解集。选择4种侧重点不同的水资源配置方案,即方案一侧重于经济效益、方案二侧重于社会效益、方案三侧重于生态环境效益、方案四侧重于综合效益,来研究以协调水资源、经济社会和生态环境之间的关系,最终实现综合效益最大化的目标。研究结果表明:方案四为优选方案,该方案的配水总量为22663万m^(3),经济效益为325亿元,余水量为101万m^(3),污染物排放量为1969 t。研究成果可为安徽省泗县水资源合理配置提供科学依据。 The optimal allocation and efficient utilization of limited water resources is still a research hotspot.This paper took Sixian County as a typical research area,and established a multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources in Sixian County with the objective functions of maximizing economic benefits,minimizing social water shortage and minimizing pollutant emissions.NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm was used to generate the Pareto optimal solution set.Four water resources allocation schemes with different emphasis were selected,namely,scheme 1 focused on economic benefits,scheme 2 focused on social benefits,scheme 3 focused on ecological and environmental benefits,and scheme 4 focused on comprehensive benefits.The four schemes were used to coordinate the relationship among water resources,economic society and ecological environment,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing comprehensive benefits.The results showed that the scheme 4 was the optimal scheme with total water distribution of 226.63 million m^(3),the economic benefit of 32.5 billion yuan,the surplus water of 1.01 million m^(3),and the pollutant emission of 1969t.The results can provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of water resources in Sixian County.
