副车架车间在制品库存改善研究

Research on Improvement of Work-in-process Inventory in Vice-frame Workshop

摘要 运用价值流程图技术,全面分析A公司副车架车间U形梁生产车间的生产流程,对U形梁的生产过程进行定量和定性分析,确定导致产品在制品库存居高不下的因素,采用5W1H技术和ECRS等工业工程基础理论以及瓶颈理论对其进行改善。分析推式生产和拉式生产的优缺点,针对A公司实际情况,依托瓶颈理论,提出了Pull&Push生产的构想,提高产品生产过程生产线平衡率,降低转运批量,缩短产品生产加工周期,以降低在制品库存,更加适应多品种小批量生产,灵活应对多变市场。
