益气养阴活血颗粒治疗结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)疗效评价

Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Granule(益气养阴活血颗粒)on Connective Tissue Disease Associated Interstitial Lung Disease(Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Blood Stasis Syndrome)

目的观察益气养阴活血颗粒治疗结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法研究采取随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的前瞻性试验设计方案,纳入结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组予益气养阴活血颗粒联合常规西医治疗,对照组予安慰剂联合常规西医治疗,疗程8周。通过比较两组患者总有效率、中医证候评分及血气分析进行评价。结果治疗组在总有效率、中医证候评分及血气分析明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组存在统计学意义。结论益气养阴活血颗粒疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,起到减毒增效的作用,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Granule (益气养阴活血颗粒,YYHG) in the treatment of connective tissue disease associated interstitial lung disease. Methods A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, prospective trial design was performed in this study. Forty cases of connective tissue disease associated interstitial lung disease (deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome) were randomized into treatment group and control group. There were 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was given YYHG and conventional western medicine treatment. The control group was treated with placebo and conventional Western medicine. The treatment lasted 8 weeks. The evaluation was evaluated by total effective rate, blood gas analysis and TCM syndrome score. Results The total effective rate, TCM syndrome score and blood gas analysis in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05) and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion YYHG has definite curative effect. It can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life, playing the role of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency, and so it is worthy of popularizing.
