中医药防治间皮细胞参与术后腹腔粘连形成

Mesothelial Cells in Formation of Postoperative Peritoneal Adhesion and Treatment and Prevention of Traditional Chinese Medicine

腹部腹腔粘连是手术后较为常见的并发症,可导致多种不良影响。发病机制现尚不明确,目前主要认为是炎症反应、纤溶系统的失衡最终导致纤维蛋白沉积,形成粘连,间皮细胞是其中的关键细胞,不仅参与整个过程,上皮-间充质细胞的转移过程(EMT)决定着粘连的形成。现阶段通过直接或间接利用间皮细胞防治术后腹腔粘连的研究愈多,综述了间皮细胞的基本生理病理及在腹腔粘连形成中的作用,联合相关中医药防治措施,以期能有更有效的治疗措施。

Postoperative abdominal adhesion is a common complication after surgery and can cause a variety of adverse effects. The pathogenesis is still unclear. As to the previous research, the mechanism of abdominal adhesion is mainly fibrin exudation and deposition affected by a series of inflammatory processes. Mesothelial cells are the key cells involved in the whole process. The epithelial-mesenchymal cell metastasis (EMT) determines the formation of adhesion. At present, there are more researches on the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesion by mesothelial cells directly or indirectly. This review discussed the basic physiology and pathology of mesothelial cells and the role in the formation of abdominal adhesion, including relevant prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to have more effective treatment measures.
