摘要 通过查阅国内外相关文献,对植物中黄酮类成分的抗炎作用及其机制进行了综述。黄酮类成分大都存在于自然界中的植物里,其具有广泛的药理活性作用。黄酮类成分的抗炎作用研究己久,作用机制也日趋明确。对黄酮类成分的抗炎作用及其机制进行全面系统地整理,期待在创新研究的启发下,运用新技术新方法为黄酮类成分的应用带来突破,使其能更好地服务于临床。近10年来,黄酮类成分的抗炎作用得到广泛的关注与研究,研究表明黄酮类成分能够对各种炎症引起的疾病起到很好的防治作用。综述了黄酮类成分抗炎活性及其作用机制的研究进展,为进一步的研究开发与广泛的临床应用黄酮类成分提供科学的理论依据以及新的研究思路与方法。 The anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of flavonoids in plants were reviewed by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad. Flavonoids are mostly found in plants in nature and have a wide range of pharmacological activities. The anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoids has been studied for a long time, and the mechanism of action has become increasingly clear. The anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of flavonoids were systematically sorted out. It is expected that under the inspiration of innovative research, new technologies and methods will bring breakthroughs to the application of flavonoids and make them better serve clinic. In recent 10 years, the anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoids has been widely concerned and studied. Studies have shown that flavonoids can play a very good role in the prevention and treatment of various inflammatory diseases. This paper reviewed the research progress of anti-inflammatory activity and mechanism of flavonoids, and provided scientific theoretical basis and new research ideas and methods for further research and development and extensive clinical application of flavonoids.
