血栓通注射液联合左卡尼汀对糖尿病肾病患者HGF、Cys-C、TGF-β1及内皮功能的影响作用

Effect of Xueshuantong(血栓通)Combined with L-Carnitine on HGF,Cys-C,TGF-β1 and Endothelial Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨血栓通注射液联合左卡尼汀对糖尿病肾病患者HGF、Cys-C、TGF-β1及内皮功能影响作用。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月医院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者164例进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例;对照组给予左卡尼汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血栓通注射液进行治疗;对两组患者治疗后临床效果、治疗前后血糖、血脂水平、肾功能指标、内皮功能以及血清中HGF、Cys-C、TGF-β1水平表达进行比较与分析。结果两组治疗后,观察组有效率为90.24%(74/82),对照组有效率为73.17%(60/82),组间比较,观察组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前FBG、2 h PBG、TG、TC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各指标较治疗前比较均得到改善,改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组改善效果更显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前肾功能指标Scr、BUN、UAER比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各指标较治疗前比较均得到改善,改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组改善效果更显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前内皮能指标sICAM-1、ET-1比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者个指标较治疗前比较均得到改善,改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组改善效果更显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清中HGF、Cys-C、TGF-β1比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者个指标较治疗前比较均得到改善,改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组改善效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液联合左卡尼汀对在糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中可显著改善患者肾功能相关指标和血管内皮功能,有效控制血糖,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Xueshuantong(血栓通)combined with L-carnitine on HGF,Cys-C,TGF-β1 and endothelial function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 164 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was given L-Carnitine.The observation group was treated with Xueshuantong on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,blood glucose,blood lipid levels,renal function indicators,endothelial function,and serum levels of HGF,Cys-C and TGF-β1 were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment in the two groups,the effective rate in the observation group was 90.24%(74/82)and that in the control group was 73.17%(60/82).The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between 2 h PBG,TG or TC(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators of the two groups were improved and the improvement was statistically different(P<0.05).The observation group’s indicators improved more significantly(P<0.05).The renal function indexes Scr,BUN and UAER before treatment were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators of the two groups were improved with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement effect in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the endothelial energy indicators sICAM-1 or ET-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement was statistically different(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in HGF,Cys-C or TGF-β1 between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were improved and there was a statistical different(P<0.05).The improvement effect was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with L-Carnitine can significantly improve the related indexes of renal function and vascular endothelial function in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy,effectively control blood sugar,and has a curative effect.
