武维屏运用柴胡治疗咳嗽经验探析

WU Weiping′s Clinical Experience on Treating Cough with Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)

肝肺共调人身之气,共理人身之血,肝气郁滞,肝气不升,则肺气不降;肝郁化火,上刑肺金,肺气上逆;火热伤阴,或素体肝肾阴虚,肝体失养,虚风内生,激荡肺金;气不行血,瘀血内生;木不疏土,痰浊内生,痰瘀阻遏气机,肺失宣降,气逆作咳。少阳为表里之枢,枢机不利,则正气不易出表以驱邪,邪气难以外出而留恋,邪气反复侵袭人体,咳嗽反复发作,迁延不愈。基于肝肺生理病理上的密切关系,武维屏教授治疗咳嗽常从肝论治,柴胡为其常用之药。作者跟随武老门诊学习,不揣鄙陋,试探讨武老施用柴胡治疗咳嗽的经验。

Lung and liver are in charge of regulating Qi and blood.Lung Qi would not descend because of liver stagnation and liver Qi failing to ascend.The liver depression could transform into fire,damaging lung and leading to upward of lung Qi.Yin damaged by heat and fire or Yin deficiency of liver and kidney could cause internal deficiency wind.Qi stagnation means Qi could not move blood circulation and then leads to blood stasis.The phlegm and blood stasis obstruct the Qi movement and the reversal Qi movement of lung could cause cough.For Shaoyang which is the pivot of exterior and interior of the body,healthy Qi is not easy to drive away pathogen and the pathogenis difficult to go out and repeatedly invades the human body.The cough repeatedly attacks and lingers.Based on the close physiological and pathological relationship between liver and lung,Professor WU Weiping treats cough from liver,and Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)is the commonly used drug.The author learned from Professor WUand tried to explore her experience on treating cough with Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix).
