摘要
艾滋病相关疲乏在艾滋病整个发病过程中比较常见,严重影响患者的正常工作和生活,甚至使患者失去生活自理能力,更严重的甚至导致死亡,但目前对其重视不够,研究较少。文章从其病因病机、发病情况、影响因素、危害及治疗策略等几个方面进行论述,使大家对其有详细的了解和认识,加大相关方面的研究,为减轻艾滋病患者痛苦和提高生活质量做出应有的贡献。
HIV/AIDS-related fatigue is relatively common in the whole process of AIDS,seriously affecting the normal work and life of HIV/AIDS patients.It can make the patients lose the ability to take care of themselves,and even leads to death.However,currently,there is not enough attention and few researches.This paper discussed its etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,influencing factors,harm and treatment strategies,so that we can have a detailed understanding,increase relevant research and make due contributions to alleviate the suffering of HIV/AIDS patients and improve the quality of life.
