扶正祛邪方联合肿瘤深部热疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction(扶正祛邪方)Combined with Deep Tumor Hyperthermia in Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的观察扶正祛邪方联合肿瘤深部热疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗作用。方法将76例NSCLC患者随机分为对照组(单纯中药制剂组)和治疗组(对照组加扶正祛邪方与热疗),各38例。比较两组患者近期疗效、KPS、ECOG、CEA、CY211。结果两组临床疗效评价,治疗组有效率虽高于对照组,但差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组稳定率(86.84%,33/38)高于对照组(44.74%,76/38),有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组KPS、ECOG评分,治疗组比对照组有更显著的改善(P<0.01),提高了生活质量。两组肿瘤标志物,治疗组治疗后CEA水平下降(P<0.01),对照组治疗后CEA水平升高(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后CY211水平下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗后CY211水平升高(P<0.05)。结论热疗配合扶正祛邪方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌与单纯中药制剂组对比,效果独特,更能够稳定瘤体,降低CEA,CY211指标,提高患者生活质量,增加中药治疗的有效利用率,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction(扶正祛邪方)combined with deep tumor hyperthermia on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Seventy-six patients with NSCLC were randomized into a control group(single Chinese medicine preparation group)and a treatment group(control group plus Fuzheng Quxie Decoction and hyperthermia),38 cases in each.The short-term efficacy,KPS,ECOG,CEA and CY211 were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,but the statistical difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The stability rate of the treatment group(86.84%,33/38)was higher than that of the control group(44.74%),16/38.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The KPS and ECOG scores were significantly improved(P<0.01)in the treatment group compared with those in the control group,which improved the quality of life.The tumor markers in the two groups,the CEA level in the treatment group decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the CEA level in the control group increased(P<0.01).The level of CY211 decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the level of CY211 increased in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with Fuzheng Quxie Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has unique effect.It can make tumor stable,lower levels of CEA and CY211,improve patients’quality of life and increase the effective utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine.It deserves further study.
