姜黄素抗泌尿系统肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 姜黄素是从姜科姜黄属植物姜黄、郁金、莪术等的根茎中提取的天然活性成分。现代药理研究表明姜黄素有抗癌、抗炎、促凋亡、抗氧化等作用。以往的研究报道姜黄素可以调控多种肿瘤标志物和肿瘤的发生发展过程,包括细胞增殖、转录因子、信号通路、上皮间质转化等。文章回顾了近几年姜黄素抗泌尿系肿瘤(膀胱癌、前列腺癌、肾细胞癌)的研究进展,并展望了姜黄素的开发和应用前景。 Curcumin is a natural active ingredient extracted from the roots of Jianghuang(Curcuma longa),Yujin(Curcuma rcenyujin) and Ezhu(Curcuma) aeruginosa.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that curcumin has anticancer,anti-inflammatory,apoptosis-promoting,antioxidant and other effects.Previous studies have reported that curcumin can regulate a variety of tumor markers and tumorigenesis and development,including cell proliferation,transcription factors,signaling pathways,epithelial stroma transformation and so on.In this paper,the research progress of curcumin anti-urinary tumors(bladder cancer,prostate cancer,renal cell carcinoma)in recent years was reviewedand the development and application prospect of curcumin were prospected.
