T2WI-FLAIR增强序列在脑部疾病诊断中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 T2WI-FLAIR是颅脑MRI平扫最常用的序列之一,目前临床上常用的对比剂是小分子的顺磁性的钆喷酸葡胺(gadopentetate dimeglumine,Gd-DTPA),一般多用T1WI增强扫描。近年来,一些学者将T2WI-FLAIR运用于MRI增强扫描中,除了应用于脑膜炎和多发脑转移的诊断外,发现其在多发性硬化、垂体瘤、创伤后蛛网膜下腔出血、视神经炎等疾病诊断中也有独特的价值。现就T2WI-FLAIR增强序列在脑部病变中的临床应用现状和研究进展进行综述。
