基于数据挖掘含虫类药物组方治疗深静脉血栓形成的用药规律研究

Study on the Medication Rule of Containing Insect Drugs in the Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis Based on Data Mining

目的探讨含虫类药物组方治疗深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的用药规律。方法搜集1993—2018年发表在中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)的含虫类药物组方治疗DVT的文献,提取药物信息,运用中医传承辅助系统(traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,TCMISS)V2.5的数据挖掘方法,分析药物频数、药物组合、新方组合等用药规律。结果获得含虫类药物组方的264篇文献,涉及药物186味。高频药物前10味中的虫类药物为水蛭和地龙。最常见的含虫类药的对药依次为水蛭-当归、牛膝-水蛭、地龙-当归;最常见的含虫类药的角药依次为牛膝-水蛭-当归、红花-当归-地龙、赤芍-当归-地龙。利用熵层次聚类提炼出治疗DVT的新处方共7首。结论 DVT的中医治疗以活血化瘀为主,兼以清热、利湿、补虚;虫类药物可与活血药、利湿药、清热药、理气药联合应用,并起到画龙点睛之效。

Objective To explore the rule of using insect drugs in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT). Methods To collect the literature on the treatment of DVT with insect drugs published in CNKI from 1993 to 2018,extract drug information,use TCM Inheritance Supporting System(TCMISS)V2.5 to analyze the drug frequency,drug combination,new formula combination and other drug use laws. Results 264 articles about 186 kinds of drugs were obtained. The top 10 insect drugs of high frequency drugs were Shuizhi(Hirudo)and Dilong(Pheretima). The most common drug pairs containing insects were Shuizhi(Hirudo)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)-Shuizhi(Hirudo),Dilong(Pheretima)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix);the most common angle drugs containing insects were Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)-Shuizhi(Hirudo)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Honghua(Carthami Flos)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Dilong(Pheretima),Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Dilong(Pheretima). Seven new prescriptions for DVT were extracted by entropy hierarchical clustering. Conclusion The treatment of DVT mainly by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and often treat DVT jointly by clearing heat,promoting dampness and tonifying deficiency;Insect drugs can be combined with blood activating drugs,dampness-disinhibiting drugs,heat clearing drugs and Qi regulating drugs,and play an important role in the treatment of DVT.
