Clinical Research Progress on Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过对近些年中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究文献的分析,对治疗肝肾亏虚型、血瘀型、寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的中药方剂进行整理综述,进一步加强中医对腰椎间盘突出症的认识,探讨不同证型腰椎间盘突出症之间的区别与联系及临床用药规律,展望中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的前景,为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供参考和依据。

Based on the analysis of the clinical research literature on the treatment of prolapse of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,this paper summarizes the TCM prescriptions for the treatment of LDH with deficiency of liver and kidney,blood stasis and cold-dampness,to further strengthen the understanding of lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the differences and relations between different types of lumbar disc herniation and the law of clinical drug use,and to look forward to the prospect of treating lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine,to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
