针刀干预颈型颈椎病临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupotomy Intervention in Cervical Spondylosis of Neck Type

颈型颈椎病是以颈椎间盘退行性改变为基础的颈部综合性疾病,临床多以局部压痛和活动受限为主,一般出现在颈椎病的初始阶段,如何通过干预使这一阶段的病程得到有效控制对于延缓颈椎病进展具有十分重要的意义。文章试从临床角度出发,将近10年有关针刀治疗颈型颈椎病的相关方法综述如下。

Cervical spondylosis of neck type is a comprehensive cervical disease based on the degenerative change of cervical intervertebral disc,local tenderness and limited activity is the main clinical symptom. It usually occurs in the initial stage of cervical spondylosis,how to effectively control the course of this stage through intervention is of great significance for delaying the progress of cervical spondylosis. In this paper,from a clinical point of view,for nearly 10 years,the relevant methods of acupotomy for cervical spondylosis of neck type are summarized as follows.
