中西医结合护理干预对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients After Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2019年12月辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院收治的112例结直肠癌术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将112例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施中西医结合护理干预,对比两组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度,同时比较护理干预前后两组患者的胃肠激素水平变化情况。结果观察组的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后排便时间均明显短于对照组,总并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显优于对照组,均P<0.05。护理前,观察组及对照组的血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)含量比较,差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05;护理干预后,观察组及对照组的MTL、GAS含量均明显低于护理前,且观察组减少值明显低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论在结直肠癌术后患者中应用中西医结合护理干预可有效促进患者的胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,并能有效提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after colorectal cancer surgery. Methods Selected 112 patients with colorectal cancer surgery who were admitted to the third affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to December 2019,according to the random number table method,112 patients were divided into observation group and control group,56 cases in each group,The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The gastrointestinal function recovery time,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds in the observation group,postoperative anal exhaust time,and postoperative defecation time were significantly shorter than the control group,the total complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,all P<0.05. Before nursing,the MTL and GAS contents of the observation group and the control group were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference,all P>0.05;after nursing intervention,the MTL and GAS contents of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than before nursing,and The decrease value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,all P<0.05. Conclusion The application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions in patients after colorectal cancer surgery can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and can effectively improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
