援鄂期间新型冠状病毒肺炎危重型患者ICU护理

ICU Nursing for Severe Corona Virus Disease 2019 Patients During the Period of Aiding Hubei Province

目的作为辽宁省首批驰援武汉的医护人员,作者对其间在重症监护病房护理的13例危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理经验进行总结。方法来自各地的医护人员经过专业培训,统一护理规范,确保为患者提供同质化护理;做好患者心理支持,引导患者积极配合治疗;根据患者既往疾病和现状,制订救治护理方案,进行有创机械通气护理、俯卧位通气护理、人工气道护理、镇静镇痛护理、脱机拔管前后护理、中药辅助治疗等。结果13例患者成功撤离呼吸机辅助通气,拔出气管插管,未发生呼吸机相关肺炎,成功转出重症监护病房。结论密切监测、整体护理、发挥医疗与护理的协同作用,对于危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者有重要作用。

Objective As the staffs in the first batch of medical personnel from Liaoning province to rescue Wuhan,the authors summarized the nursing experience of 13 critical corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients in intensive-care unit.Methods The nurses who came from different hospitals all over the country were trained professionally and the nursing standards were unified,enabling patients to get homogeneous nursing.The psychological support was provided for the patients,and the patients were guided to actively cooperate with the treatment.According to the patients’previous disease and current situation,treatment and nursing plan were formulated,including invasive mechanical ventilation nursing,prone position ventilation nursing,artificial airway nursing,sedation and analgesia nursing,before and after offline extubation nursing,adjuvant treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Results 13 patients were successfully evacuated from the ventilator to assist ventilation,and the tracheal intubation was pulled out.No ventilator-associated pneumonia occurred and all the patients were successfully transferred out of the intensive care unit.Conclusion Close monitoring,holistic nursing and the synergy of medical treatment and nursing is important for severe COVID-19 patients.
