辅助运输成为制约我国煤炭生产发展的薄弱环节,如何加速实现我国煤矿辅助运输现代化,已经成为亟待解决的问题。为此,设计了SQ-2×80/315PS无极绳连续牵引车,具有不经转载而直达运输物料、设备的特点,是取代传统调度绞车和实现连续运输的一种理想设备,最大牵引力160kN,最大牵引速度1.46m/s,最远运输距离3000 m,能够实现大吨位、远距离、大倾角、多变坡、多弯曲工况条件下的运输,处于国内领先地位。

Auxiliary transportation has become a weak link restricting the coal production and development in China, how to accelerate the modernization of China′s coal mine auxiliary transportation has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, SQ-2 ×80/315 PS endless rope continuous tractor was designed, which has the characteristics of direct transportation of materials and equipment without transfer. It is an ideal equipment to replace the traditional dispatching winch and realize continuous transportation. The maximum traction force is 160 kN, the maximum traction speed is 1.46 m/s, and the farthest transportation distance is 3 000 m. It can realize the transportation under the conditions of large tonnage, long distance, large inclination, variable slope and multi bending, and is in the leading position in China.
